The U.S. hotel industry reported positive year-over-year comparisons for the week ending March 22, according to data from CoStar. March 16-22 (percentage change from comparable week in 2024): Occupancy: 66.0% (+1.0%) ADR: $165.48 (+1.8%) RevPAR: $109.22 (+2.8%) Among the top 25 markets, Anaheim saw the highest occupancy lift (+15.5% to 83.8%).
