All-day eatery Elio’s Place to open at Flinders House

Melbourne’s Flinders House is set to welcome a new culinary addition with the announcement of all-day European-inspired bistro Elio’s Place. Slated to open in July, Elio’s Place is the project of sibling-duo Adam and Elisa Mariani who are the forces behind other CBD favourites Greta and Maverick. The 90-seat venue will be located in the 1860s-built Flinders House on Flinders Lane in the CBD and will host front and kitchen bar spaces plus a 24-seat private dining room.
