Andreas Keese, GM of The Sacher Vienna, has some rather unique talents. One is his handwriting, which is a feat of calligraphic beauty. He turns a welcome card into a sheer work of art – he was in the kitchen earlier in his meteoric career, which makes one think he must surely have won every prize in the book for cake decoration. Here he is, above, in the Leading hotel’s intimate lobby.
