Peachtree breaks ground on dual-branded property in Dallas

Peachtree Group has broken ground on a 19-story, dual-branded AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel development in Uptown Dallas. The development will bring 264 upscale rooms to the McKinney Avenue corridor. The property is expected to open in summer 2026. “Most hotels in Uptown cater to the upper-upscale and luxury segments, leaving the submarket lacking in upscale hotel options to meet the needs of a substantial portion of Uptown’s demand,” said Greg Friedman, managing principal/CEO, Peachtree.
