Knowland: San Diego Has Highest Meeting Volume Improvement

ARLINGTON, Virginia—Knowland released the top market performance numbers for December, citing San Diego as having the highest meeting volume improvement with 29.2 percent year-over-year (YOY) growth. The Atholl Hotel in Aberdeen has reduced its asking price from £3.5m down to £3.2m to “better reflect” the market. Co-owners Gordon Sinclair and Richard Nicoll first marketed the 34-bedroom property in June last year. Premier Inn sales rise 11% in Q3

Whitbread has reported that UK Premier Inn accommodation sales rose by 11% in the third quarter of FY24, compared with the 13 weeks ended 30 November 2023. The group attributed its strong sales during the quarter to demand in both London and its other regions. Meanwhile, total RevPAR rose 9% compared with November and by a further 39% compared with FY20, which was also attributed to high occupancy and “strong” pricing.
