Sydney’s Maybe Sammy has been named as the world’s most influential bar by taking out the #1 spot in the Top 500 Bars 2023 awards. The announcement came from the Top 500 Bars 2023 awards evening in Paris, where Maybe Sammy Venue Manager Sarah Proietti and Bar Manager Hunter Gregory collected the award. Maybe Sammy came top of the list, followed by New York’s Double Chicken Please; Barcelona’s Paradiso; Paris’ Little Red Door; and Singapore’s Jigger & Pony.
