The new Meliá Ibiza in Santa Eulalia opened its doors last month after the transformation of Sol Beach House Ibiza. The hotel now offers 285 rooms, four restaurants, a rooftop with unique views of the Mediterranean with a skybar, an outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour gym and a spa and wellness area with Thai-inspired treatments, among other facilities and experiences.
