Investment in UK hotels hits lowest level since 2012

Around £2bn of UK hotel transactions were recorded in 2023, according to new data from Knight Frank, though investment levels hit their lowest level since 2012. Excluding the Covid-impacted year of 2020, investment levels were at their lowest since 2012.
