In 2010, Holland re-entered the hotel industry as a general manager for Bespoke Hotels, eventually overseeing operations for two central London hotels as a Regional Operations Manager. Later, he returned to London, working in both the accounts department of the Royal Garden Hotel and at the reception of the Four Seasons.
